What to Expect When You Visit
We work by appointment so every partner gets focused time. Your briefing can be in person at our NYC studio or by video call if you’re out of town. In person, you’ll see samples of our work, review finish benchmarks and walk through your brief with the same team that will execute production. We’ll talk through our process, materials, timeline and budget, with no pressure and no obligation. Many New York partners drop in for a first conversation and return later to review CAD or prototypes; we’re happy to work at your pace.

We’re at 37 West 47th Street, New York, NY, in the heart of the Diamond District. The area is served by the 47th–50th St–Rockefeller Center station (B, D, F, M) and 5th Avenue (N, R, W). Not everyone can come to the Diamond District in person. We work with brands and designers across the country and internationally via video calls, shared renderings and prototypes sent by mail. You get the same workflow and the same attention; the only difference is how we meet. When your order is ready, we can arrange secure delivery or you can collect in NYC. Either way, we support care and maintenance guidance you can pass to your retail team or end customers.
