What to expect when you work with us
From approved design to finished goods, most programmes take 2–5 weeks depending on complexity. Simple lines may be ready in 2–5 weeks; intricate designs or multiple stones can take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline after our initial briefing.
We review your line brief, commercial timeline, budget and QC expectations. You can share sketches, tech packs or references. We explain our workflow, show representative work and outline next steps. There’s no obligation; it’s a fit check for trade manufacturing.
Yes. We work with brands and designers worldwide. Briefings can be done by video call or phone; we share design previews and progress by email or video. In-person visits are welcome by appointment at our NYC Diamond District studio.
We include one round of design revisions after your first CAD preview. Further revisions can be quoted. Our goal is to lock the master before casting, with documented sign-off at each gate.
Yes. We use conflict-free, traceable diamonds and work with trusted refiners for gold, platinum and silver. Documentation is available for stones and materials. We’re happy to discuss sourcing in detail during your briefing.
